Ticket Policy
All tickets included in VIP Packages are general admission tickets and PDF TICKETS. PDF Tickets will be delivered via email to you when making your purchase.
If a VIP Package is purchased - you will be emailed your VIP details 2-3 days before the event. This will include the time and location to meet for the VIP session. If you miss the VIP session - you can pick up your items at Code Orange's merch booth. If you miss the event entirely - Sound Rink & Code Orange are not responsible for mailing these items to you.
ALL TICKETS FOR THIS EVENT ARE SOLD THROUGH SOUND RINK AND SOUND RINK ONLY! Any tickets showcasing any other brand, ticketing company or organization is not valid. Any order changes - whether it be a name change or transferring a purchase must be handled through Sound Rink. Please email customerservice@soundrink.com with any questions or requests for the event. To ensure your ticket is 100% valid - all updates must be handled by a Sound Rink employee. Do not purchase or pay anyone for a ticket to this event without contacting Sound Rink first.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS THE EVENT IS CANCELLED!
